I just want to thank you both for last weeks game, you both are truly the heart and soul of the “Dogs” and just good blokes! Steve was very excited about coming down and seeing everyone, playing, and just being part of the hobby we all love. I cant thank you all enough for the unselfish attitude you have put forward in making Steve’s time there feel “normal”. Steve is well aware of the effort it takes to help him deal with his condition and you all (including Galen) were so understanding and helpful. When I dropped Steve off at his house he was on the verge of tears… he talked to me about the fun he had that day and how good it was to be with the group, he looked at me and said “I wish I didn’t have this condition”. Its beyond my power, your power, anyone’s power to cure him but we can help slow the effect, and make the time left to him and our time with him the best possible!
